SLATE for Student Success

Success Matters - Share a Concern or Kudos

The Success Matters program enables faculty and staff to submit a Concern or Kudos for a student, fostering a comprehensive and supportive network dedicated to student success. Using SLATE for Student Success, which includes built in automation, all submissions and interactions with students are tracked and displayed on a timeline. This timeline reveals when notifications are sent to students, when students open and read communications, and any follow-up interactions from various student support services, such as The Learning Center.

SLATE for Student Success Work Requests

Faculty and staff may use the SLATE for Student Success Work Request form to submit requests for tasks such as displaying data, sending emails, creating forms, and generating reports in the SLATE for Student Success system.
