What happens next?
Once a faculty member submits a concern, the student will be sent an email immediately regarding the concern. This information will also be sent directly to the appropriate department (i.e., Registrar's Office, Student Affairs, or the Learning Center) based on the reasons the concern was shared. Messages are further filtered to go to advisors based on specific attributes, such as Athlete, EOP, or Honors. Students will have the opportunity to sign up for an appointment directly through the email. All the interactions from the initial email on can be viewed on the student's timeline in slate.
