Central's IT and CTI Self Help/Knowledgebase webpage has detailed information including network and wireless (WiFi), BlueNet and Email/Office 365 Accounts, and printing, along with various other items which you may find helpful.
If you have a maintenance problem in your room that needs to be addressed you can submit a Maintenance Request to communicate the need for a repair.

You can pick up your mail and packages through a Smart Locker at the Mailroom in the Student Center.
