Nursing education resource RNCareers.org recognized Central Connecticut State University as one of the best nursing schools in Connecticut. Out of 22 nursing schools in the state, Central was ranked seventh.
RNCareers.org annually evaluates more than 1,700 nursing schools to compile its merit-based rankings. Factors include program accreditation, tuition costs, academic excellence, faculty qualifications, student satisfaction, program offerings, career outcomes, and school reputation. RNCareers.org is managed by a team of nurse educators, nurse practitioners, RNs, and LPNs.
