Central received high praise at the recent EDUCAUSE national conference in San Antonio.
EDUCAUSE works to advance the strategic use of technology and data to further the promise of higher education. During the conference, the organization shared its report on the top 10 most pressing issues in higher education, along with some innovative solutions that have been implemented by member institutions. Among them was Central’s World Café process and student journey mapping, which was highlighted as an example of an institution that has successfully found “ways to smooth the student journey.” Several schools were recognized for different approaches across the 10 categories.
