The planned project to improve the air conditioning system in Memorial Hall is underway! The project will take approximately 12 months to complete.
The project scope includes a new roof for the building, new air conditioning systems for the dining rooms, and improved fresh air flow throughout the building.
Memorial Hall will remain open for dining during construction, but dining and catering services and meeting room availability will be affected by the project schedule.
Please note that the Constitution Room will serve as a student overflow dining area while work is completed on other sections of the building.
The Constitution and Connecticut rooms will not be available for reservations for the next 12 to 18 months. Existing reservations will be honored.
The Hilltop West dining area will be available for reservations. The space is set up for 120 person seating with round tables. For more information about other meeting spaces and catering reservations, please reach out to the Central Reservations Office at (860) 832-1964 or CRO@ccsu.edu/.
The Esports Center will remain open throughout the spring semester, but it will close during summer break. The campus tour room will remain open as much as possible.
