A warm welcome at Accepted Students Day

Published:

Central hosted its spring Accepted Students Day when students and their families are invited to visit campus and learn more about the Central experience. After a kickoff presentation by Admissions staff in Detrick gym, prospective students explored campus buildings and residence halls and learned more about the options at the resources fair in the Huang Center and academic program breakout sessions.

More than 400 students attended Accepted Students Day and brought along friends and family members. By the end of the weekend, approximately 60 students confirmed their enrollment at Central.

In welcoming the visitors to campus, President Zulma R. Toro noted, “As you begin this next chapter, I want to remind you of how transformational higher education can be. It’s not just about gaining knowledge—it’s about discovering who you are, expanding your perspective, and preparing for a future where you can make a real impact.”
