Career Accelerator workshop: Career-ready competencies

Career readiness is the attainment and demonstration of requisite competencies that broadly prepare college graduates for a successful transition into the workplace. The National Association of Colleges and Employers has created a definition for career readiness to identify eight distinct competencies. The goal of this session is to equip students with knowledge and skill to utilize career competencies toward career readiness.
