Cellular smartphones are issued to individual employees to support the effective performance of their jobs. To request a cellular smartphone, log into https://itrequests.ccsu.edu and complete the New Cell Phone Request form.
iPads
iPad (Wifi Only)
For assistance with purchasing an iPad (wifi only) using University funds, please log into https://itrequests.ccsu.edu and complete the Pricing Request form. Please include information on the type of iPad (color and storage capacity) you would like to purchase. It is required that you purchase Apple Care with the iPad. You will be provided with quote; create a purchase requisition and submit it to Business Services with the quote information and they will assist you with purchasing the iPad (the purchase of an iPad is not allowed with a University p-card).
iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)
iPads are issued to individual employees to support the effective performance of their jobs. To request an iPad with a cellular plan, log into https://itrequests.ccsu.edu and complete the iPad Request (Cellular/Data) form.
