All About Office 365 at Central

Microsoft Office 365 is a suite of cloud-based software and services, which includes Outlook email, Teams, One Drive, and Office applications. There are several levels of licensing:

• While you are an active student or active employee, your account is assigned a full license that includes the ability to download Office onto personally-owned computers. 
• Students: Two years after graduation (or your last class completed), an online-only license will be applied to your account; four years after graduation (or your last class completed), your account will be deactivated.
• Employees: upon separation from the university, your account will be disabled unless you are granted Emeritus status.

Email	An email account with 100GB of storage space is included with your Central Office 365 account.
Office	You have access to Microsoft Office on campus, on your personally-owned devices, and online. Click the icon to learn more.
