Biography

Dr. Andreoletti joined the Central faculty in 2004 and regularly teaches Lifespan Development and Introduction to Gerontology. Her research examines the benefits of intergenerational connection for reducing ageism and increasing well-being. Dr. Andreoletti spearheaded efforts to have Central join the Age-Friendly University Global Network, with the goal of enhancing the lives of older adults and fostering age inclusivity. She is a fellow of the Academy for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE), the education section of the Gerontological Society of America and an Associate Editor for Gerontology & Geriatrics Education, the official journal of AGHE.
