Fan He

Dr. Fan He received his Ph.D. in Finance from University of Connecticut and is also a CFA Charterholder. He has taught Investment, Security Analysis, Financial Management, and Corporate Finance at both undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. He's main research interest is in international corporate finance, he examines the impact of country level investor protection and financial institution development on firms' investment, valuation, and financing decisions. His research has been published in prominent finance journals such as Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, and Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
