Jessica Ofray

Jessica Ofray, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut and has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She views counseling as a process in which she supports students to navigate their unique journeys as they explore challenges, celebrate successes, and create meaningful change in order achieve their goals. Ms. Ofray approaches therapy from an integrative lens tailored to meet each student’s unique lived experiences and current concerns. She values collaboration, humor, and exploring different perspectives. In her clinical work with students, Ms. Ofray frequently draws on acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, person-centered, and creative/expressive modalities with a focus on empowering students. She is bilingual in Spanish.
