LEE W. LEE is Professor (full) and (former) Chair of Management and Organizations Department of the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University. Before joining Central, he taught at SUNY-Buffalo, Canisius College, and Pennsylvania State University. He earned his M.B.A. degree and Ph.D. at the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management of the School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and also studied (minor) behavioral statistics at the counseling psychology. He taught primarily, in various institutions and capacities, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and Research Methods at both under-grad and graduate levels; and lectured leadership and other management subjects to many professionals and educators. Prior to entering academia, he worked in the banking industry as 'money/fund manager' and international trade credit analyst. He is a recipient of semi-finalist of Excellence of Teaching, of Fulbright Senior Scholarship, and of best paper awards in several academic conferences (including Association of Employment Practices and Principles, etc.) Dr. Lee's research interests revolve around technology management, leadership, cross-cultural comparative study (dissertation: Cognitive Concept of Technology and Social Power: Structuring Decisions in an Organization); and his research has been published in books, peer-reviewed journals, and conference proceedings, such as Personnel and Human Resource Management, Knowledge Leadership, Encyclopedia of Business and Finance, International Journal of Strategic Management, Journal of Entrepreneurship and Public Policy, European Journal of Business Research, etc. Dr. Lee W.
