Biography
Prior to entering academia, Dr. Kulesza worked in the public accounting industry as an external auditor. She holds the CPA and CMA designations and is actively involved in professional accounting organizations, holding various advisory positions. In addition, Dr. Kulesza is deeply involved in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in the greater Hartford area. She has been recognized for her dedication to teaching excellence by receiving teaching excellence awards at the university, state, and national level.
