Victoria Ginter, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut with a master’s degree in Counseling. She uses an eclectic approach to Counseling with a focus on client-centered techniques. Ms. Ginter encourages students to move towards healthier daily choices, including developing healthier relationships, positive mindsets, better sleep cycles, and better nutrition, as well as promoting mindfulness, making substance use changes, practicing meditation, and developing a personalized self-care toolbox. Building student’s coping and resiliency skills via Positive Psychology is at the heart of her work with students. Ms. Ginter works on helping students practice self-care and take personal responsibility for shaping their daily lives.
