Mosbach, Germany
The DHBW Mosbach is one of nine locations of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg in southwestern Germany. More than 3.600 students are enrolled in the 33 undergraduate study degrees. In addition to their studies, the students work at one of the more than 1,100 companies, which cooperate with the university as corporate partners. This is the core of the DHBW cooperative study concept.
The International Program in Business offers students the opportunity to study abroad in Germany for a semester, earning up to 15 credits while gaining hands-on experience. This program includes an intensive German language course designed for international students, providing knowledge on various international business topics. Participants will broaden their horizons and establish valuable connections throughout the program.
Two Campuses:
The program operates across two campuses located in Mosbach and Bad Mergentheim, both situated in the Northeast of Baden-WĂĽrttemberg, approximately between Heidelberg and WĂĽrzburg.
Campus Mosbach:
The main campus is in Mosbach, nestled in the famous Neckar Valley at the southern foothills of the Odenwald, a popular recreational area near Heidelberg and the Castle Road. Mosbach is renowned for its picturesque half-timbered houses and its nearly 1,200-year history. The town's cozy atmosphere, diverse shops, sidewalk cafés, and cultural events attract visitors year-round.
Campus Bad Mergentheim:
Bad Mergentheim is located in the scenic Tauber River valley along the famous Romantic Road, which extends from Würzburg to Neuschwanstein, the original "Disney castle." The town has a rich history, with the Teutonic Order of Knights establishing its headquarters here in 1525. The castle they built, with its mighty walls and domed towers, now accommodates most of the DHBW Mosbach campus. After the discovery of natural springs in 1826, Bad Mergentheim became one of Germany's most celebrated health resorts. Its elegant stores, cafés, restaurants, wide spa gardens, and pools make it a fantastic place for living, working, and studying.
