In conjunction with the annual School of Business Career Fair and the Career Accelerator Program, the School of Business hosts the "College to Career Summit," a dynamic event designed to bridge the gap between academic life and the professional arena. This summit is an invaluable platform to access resources and insights from distinguished industry experts eager to guide you.

The summit features interactive workshops, insightful career panels, and invaluable networking opportunities. It's an exceptional chance to connect with fellow students, learn from successful professionals, and explore a world of possibilities.

Key highlights of the summit include:

1. Daily Keynotes: Hear from a top executive in insurance, as well as Connecticut's Chief Workforce Officer.
2. Career Opportunity Panels: This includes a special session on careers in the non-profit sector.
3. School of Business Career Fair: Meet potential employers and learn about their careers in their industry. Be sure to bring an updated resume.
4. Networking Opportunities: Utilize Wednesday's lunch session to network with industry leaders, distribute resumes, and engage in meaningful discussions. Remember to prepare a brief, impactful elevator pitch.
