The President’s Citation Selection Committee is now accepting nominations for the President’s Citation Awards, presented annually to outstanding seniors. This special award recognizes achievement and contributions of students during their attendance at CCSU. Consideration is given for leadership and service roles as volunteers. In this context, the Screening Committee will review nominations and supporting materials using the following criteria:
- Leadership as exemplified through successful fulfillment of leadership responsibilities in student organizations or other campus roles
- Significant volunteer contributions to other students and/or the larger University community
- Academic success
- Must be a graduate of the current academic year (December 2022 through August 2023)
Nominations should include the Student’s ID number and complete information regarding offices held, community service, and any special awards or recognition. These may be on- or off-campus achievements but must have occurred while the nominee was a CCSU student. Please note, nominated students may complete the application form by logging in with their university credentials.
Nominating faculty, please send the nomination letter to your candidate so they may upload the letter with their application. Nominations are due by Tuesday, March 21.
