Ethics

As state employees at an institution of higher education, we are subject to a higher standard of transparency and accountability. Below are some useful links to guide you through the State of Connecticut Code of Ethics, and our Connecticut State Colleges and University’s Board of Regents’ policy statements related to ethics issues, including but not limited to, exchange of gifts, conflicts of interest and work restrictions.  It is imperative that you also confer with Human Resources to ensure that you are complying with all requirements relative to dual and outside employment.
