Official Certificate Program in Business Analytics

Central to Driving Business Planning.

Central Connecticut State University Official Certificate Program in Business Analytics offers students the opportunity to work with data for developing new insights, improving long-term predictions, and prescribing future actions to inform better business decisions.

The program is ideal for today’s business professionals who seek to leverage big data and make data-driven business decisions. Upon completion of the certificate program, students will be able to evaluate opportunities, solutions, and modifications for business processes. They will also be able to identify, select, and adapt business models to achieve and support a company’s strategic objectives.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Thinking Skills: Students will gather, analyze, and synthesize relevant data and information to solve problems and arrive at appropriate decisions.

  3. Specialized Knowledge 1: Students will utilize quantitative analysis methods to identify salient information and trends in data. 
  4. Specialized Knowledge 2: Students will analyze the impact of organizational decisions on stakeholders.
