Central’s Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Official Certificate Program (OCP) covers two contemporary management disciplines, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma. Graduates learn fundamental principles, tools, and methods to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma to their relevant businesses to improve operations.
