To check out gym equipment, students and faculty are required to scan their ID and sign a waiver for each item they wish to borrow. This process ensures accountability and proper usage of the equipment. Once finished, all borrowed items must be promptly returned to the designated equipment checkout area to maintain organization and ensure availability for others.
