Graduate Programs

The Computer Science department offers two graduate programs. One, the Master's of Science in Computer Information Technology, is jointly offered with the Computer Electronics & Graphics Technology department. The second is a new Master's of Science in Software Engineering (pending approval of the Board of Regents of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities).

MS in Computer Information Technology

Offered jointly by the departments of Computer Science and Computer Electronics & Graphics Technology, the Master’s in Computer Information Technology positions graduates to pursue such careers as: database administrator, network engineer, operations analyst, and business systems analyst. This Master's degree also provides a solid foundation for doctoral work in CIT.
