Central’s Dual Enrollment and Concurrent Enrollment (DECE) Programs offer Connecticut high school students the opportunity to earn college credit from Central through two models: Dual Enrollment & Concurrent Enrollment. Tuition and fees are waived for students whose school or district is a partner with Central.
Through Central’s Dual Enrollment Program, students can earn college credit by attending courses on campus at Central.
To participate in Central’s Dual Enrollment Programs, students must:
- Register by the registration deadline with your school counselor:
- To enroll for Fall: April 25th
- To enroll for Spring: November 10th
- To enroll for Summer Terms: May 1st
- Meet the required pre-requisites for the course(s) you are registering for.
Through Central’s Concurrent Enrollment Program, students can earn college credit by registering for courses taught at their high school by high school teachers who have been approved by Central to teach Central college-level courses.
To participate in Central’s Concurrent Enrollment Programs, students must:
- Attend a high school with an established partnership with Central
- Register by the registration deadline:
- Fall Enrollment: April 25th
- Spring Enrollment: November 10th
- Summer Enrollment: May 1st
- Meet the required pre-requisites for the course(s) you are registering for.
