Course Registration & Records

On-Ground Dual Enrollment

Dual enrollment students attend classes in person on the Central campus. Students can enroll in available classes on a space available basis after Central’s matriculated students have registered for classes.

Students should contact their school counselor to inquire about their eligibility and to begin registration for a dual enrollment course.

Note: Students must meet all course pre-requisites or other eligibility requirements.

The student’s high school counselor will provide required forms and confirm the student’s eligibility. For priority consideration, approved registration requests should be submitted to Central by December 1 for the following spring semester, May 1 for the summer session, July 15 for the fall semester. Registration requests received by Central after the priority deadline will be accommodated on a space available basis.

Students will follow Central’s academic calendar for class meetings and registration deadlines, including drop and withdrawal deadlines.

High School Concurrent Enrollment

Concurrent enrollment students attend classes taught at their high school by approved high school teachers or by Central faculty.

The concurrent enrollment registration process begins with the student’s high school counselor or teacher where forms will be provided, and a student’s eligibility will be confirmed. For priority consideration, approved registration requests should be submitted to Central by December 1 for the following spring semester and July 15 for the fall semester. Registration requests received by Central after the priority deadline will be accommodated on a space available basis.
