At First-Year Student Orientation, we unite as a vibrant Central community to kick off your college journey. Our engaging programs feature friendly Orientation Leaders and takes place in January for new Spring admits and throughout the summer for Fall admits.

Orientation Goals

Foster Connections: Welcome new students and introduce them to Student Support Services

Build Community: Connect students with each other, Orientation Leaders, and their peers.

Academic Integration: Provide an initial introduction to the Undergraduate advising team, faculty, and staff, helping students navigate academic advising and course registration.

Essential Tools: Learn about Central technology, receive your Student ID and parking pass, and take home your academic course schedule.
