Filing a Report at Central

If you have been impacted by interpersonal violence and would like to file a report with the Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI), you may do so by completing the online form below. The OVA can provide information on options and assist you in making reports.

Reporting Requirements for Faculty, Staff, and Administrators

Central faculty, staff, and administrators who become aware of a sexual assault involving a member of the Central community are required to report it to the Title IX Coordinator in OEI. Reports can be submitted through the online reporting form.

Filing a Criminal Complaint

For incidents that occur on campus, you can contact Central Police at (860) 832-2375. Central Police and the OVA can also provide guidance on requesting protective orders.

Support & Accommodations

The OVA can assist with requesting reasonable accommodations, including adjustments to academic, housing, transportation, or work situations. If you or someone you know has experienced interpersonal violence, please know that you are not alone. Support is available both at Central and in the local community.
