Club Central

Asian American & Pacific Islander Association

The Asian American & Pacific Islander Association is an undergraduate student-run campus organization that helps foster the involvement of students of Asian descent by highlighting Asian culture through various activities and events. Follow our Instagram (@aapia_ccsu) to be up-to-date!

Filipino Student Association

The Filipino Student Association is a dynamic group that celebrates the richness of Filipino culture while promoting diversity and inclusion on campus. We bring students together through exciting events, cultural performances, and meaningful conversations that showcase the beauty of Filipino traditions. Whether you’re part of the Filipino community or simply curious to learn more, our club offers a welcoming space to connect, share, and grow. Join us as we explore how culture unites us and creates lasting friendships!

South Asian Students Association

The South Asian Students Association (SASA) at Central is dedicated to celebrating and promoting the culture, traditions, and contemporary issues of South Asia. Representing the diversity of countries like Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, SASA fosters a welcoming community for students to explore and engage with South Asian heritage. The mission of SASA is to create an inclusive campus by promoting cultural understanding and exchange. SASA works towards this goal by hosting cultural events, displaying movies, dances, performances, inviting speakers and more. SASA invites the entire Central community to join us in learning, connecting, and celebrating the South Asian experience.
