Pay in person at the Bursar's Office, Willard Hall Room 212, where a receipt will be issued. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
Please Note: Loose coin will not be accepted. Reasonable amounts of rolled coin will be accepted only if each roll is marked with student name, address and ID#.
eCheck
Electronic checks are accepted for payment online using TouchNet via WebCentral-Banner Web. Click on Home tab > EBill / Make Payment > View Activity > Make Payment (eCheck payment by phone is NOT an option). eChecks returned to Central by the maker's bank as uncollectable will (1) result in a $20 service charge, (2) may cause forfeiture of check submission privileges.
Credit Card
Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard are accepted for billed charges. Credit card transactions are accepted online using TouchNet via WebCentral-Banner Web. Click on Home tab > EBill / Make Payment > View Activity > Make Payment. (Credit card payment by phone is NOT an option). Please note that all credit or debit card transactions are assessed a 2.95%/$3 minimum service fee by TouchNet. As of February 23, 2024 the service fee rate for International PayPath transactions will be increased to 4.25%. If using a debit card, process as an eCheck instead to avoid the service fee.
Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order
As of 6/1/09, All check payments received by the Bursar’s Office will be converted to electronic ACH files for processing.
Make your check or money order payable to Central Connecticut State University. Include your name and student I.D. number on the face of the check. Mail payment to Attn. Bursar, Central, P O Box 4010, New Britain, CT 06050-4010.
