Congratulations, Graduates!

Spring 2025 Commencement will be held on May 17. 

The ceremonies will last approximately two hours. The rain date is Sunday, May 18.

9 a.m. Ceremony

Gates open at 7:30 am (line up at 8:30 am)

The ceremonies will last approximately two hours. The rain date is Sunday, May 18.

Where

Students must park in the Copernicus Parking Garage.

Line-up on the soccer field, located next to the football field.

If you are getting dropped off, the best location is the rotary next to Copernicus Parking Garage off Wells Street.

The ceremony takes place on the football field.

Only guests with disabilities are permitted to park in the Kaiser Lot at Arute Stadium. The stadium is accessible, and the Kaiser Lot will have additional space.

What To Bring

Dress according to the weather. If sunny, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. 

Please wear appropriate footwear. You will be walking on grass, turf, asphalt, and staging. 

Water stations will be on site for graduates. Water for purchase will be available for guests. 

No alcoholic beverages permitted. 

Guest Speaker: Dr. Mohammed K. Yusuf ’03

Mohammed Yusuf

Dr. Mohammed K. Yusuf is the vice president of North America Cloud and Infrastructure at Oracle, a multinational cloud technology company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University, where Yusuf says he gained expertise in data center technologies and comprehensive strategy development.

Yusuf went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Management from Alliance University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Walden University.

Yusuf brought more than 10 years of experience to Oracle, after serving as general manager of The ProServ Group at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and director of IT Services & Operations at Vicom Computer Services, Inc.

Yusuf joined the team at Oracle as a senior manager in 2020. With a solid foundation in engineering and a strong grasp of multi-cloud platforms, data centers, and the business values of artificial intelligence, Yusuf now leads teams that address the scope of technological issues that affect clients in the hospitality, professional services, legal, and healthcare industries.

Yusuf says his talent lies in inspiring diverse teams to achieve exceptional outcomes while deeply engaging customers. He says diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical to a team’s success.
