Information for Faculty & Staff
I just received a Success Matters email. What happens next?
If you have received an email from Central Student Success, the best thing to do is open it and review the important details of the message. Your email subject will indicate if you have received a concern or a kudos. If your email is based on an academic concern the email will indicate who has shared this concern, what class they are concerned about, and a link to register for an appointment.
What happens at a success matters meeting?
Success matters meetings can take place in-person or virtually based on your preference and availability. Meetings are about 30 minutes, and are used to discuss the concern submitted, and additional concerns you may have regarding your academic success and goals at Central. Our role in The Learning Center is to provide support and the resources and connections that are best suited to the current concerns.
