Our campus is home to nine distinct residence halls, each with its unique style, culture, and sense of pride. These halls are affectionately categorized as either "Down The Hill" — comprising Barrows Hall, James Hall, Beecher Hall, and Seth North Hall — or "Up The Hill," which includes Mid-Campus Hall, Sheridan Hall, Vance Hall, Gallaudet Hall, and Sam May Hall.  The majority of first-year students at Central opt to live on campus, joining a diverse community of residential students from across the state, the nation, and the globe. Living on campus is not just about finding a place to stay; it's about building friendships and creating memories that last a lifetime.
To enrich the on-campus living experience, our Residence Hall staff organizes several social, cultural, and educational events annually. These include field trips, theatrical and musical performances, workshops, guest speakers, sports events, and casual get-togethers, offering ample opportunities for students to engage, learn, and have fun.
