How to make an online appointment

How to join your appointment

You may make one per day. If you need a longer appointment, please give us a call.

Once you log in, scroll down to see our tutors' schedules for the current week. View previous appointments by clicking on "PREV WEEK." Make appointments in upcoming weeks by clicking on "NEXT WEEK." Click on the calendar beside the "NEXT WEEK" button to view past and future months.

In our schedule, a white box means that the tutor is free for an appointment. If your desired time is filled, you can also sign up for the waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, everyone on the waiting list will receive an email notification, and the open slot will be available on a first come, first served basis.

To make an appointment, click on a white box to select the day, time, and writing center tutor you would like to work with. In the pop-up window, please type information about your appointment. Be sure to provide a specific description of what you would like to work on. For example, perhaps you would like to get started on an assignment or brainstorm with a writing center tutor. Specific details will help the writing center tutor prepare for your appointment, but it's OK if you aren't yet sure what you want to work on. Feel free to type that you aren't sure.

Once you fill in the information, click "Save appointment."

Cancel an Appointment

To cancel an appointment, log back into WCONLINE, click on the box that corresponds to your appointment, and click "Cancel this appointment." Please cancel well in advance of your scheduled appointment so that others may take this spot if they need it.
