OnBase is an imaging software to aid in the managing of all invoice documents.
OnBase allows Accounts Payable to scan an invoice. This provides Accounts Payable the ability to route the invoice to the appropriate department for review, modification, if necessary, and approval.
The department will be able to review, approve/reject any invoice. The invoice is then automatically routed to Accounts Payable for processing.
