Purchasing

The Central Purchasing Department is part of the Business Services/Fiscal Affairs group and assists the University community in the procurement of goods and services. It is our goal to conduct all activities in the best interest of the University, providing procurement services in accordance with sound business and procurement practices and to comply with guidelines established by State of Connecticut and the Connecticut State University System. Our goal is to procure goods and services to accommodate University needs in a timely and economical manner.

The Purchasing Department is in Davidson Hall. Appointments are encouraged. All visitors must register with University Police (1500 East Street) to receive a temporary parking permit prior to parking on campus.
